Grant funding for volunteer organisations
Voluntary organisations can apply for grants for activities and support aiming to empower communities and to build a stronger social fabric in Maastricht.
You can currently only apply for grants for activities 4 and 5. For the other activities, the application deadline has now passed.
As a volunteer organisation, you can apply for grants to organise activities in the city. The proposed activities must focus on the following areas:
- Fostering citywide encounters and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can participate equally, meet others, learn from and about one another, and build networks.
- Boosting the independence and personal growth of residents.
- Promoting cooperation and solidarity amongst residents.
When to apply
A grant for an initiative neighbourhood network organisation within activity 4 and a grant for activity 5 (see explanation below) can be applied for throughout the year, as long as there is budget.
Please note:
Do you still want to apply for activity 4 or 5 for the current grant year (2023)? If so, please send an email to infoversterkensocialebasis [at] maastricht.nl.
