Congratulations! You have decided to get married or form a civil partnership. Our wedding packages offer various ceremony options. Have you decided on a date? Please contact our civil registry officials: Mira Cramer and Mariëlle Peters. They will help you reserve a date.
Standard wedding
Our Standard wedding package offers a short ceremony of 20 minutes that cannot be extended. This package only allows you to get married in the Trouwkamer (Wedding Room) of Mosae Forum gemeentehuis (town hall).
The ceremony can take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, between 09.00 am and 12.00 pm.

Enhanced wedding Monday - Friday
Our Enhanced wedding package Monday - Friday includes a 30 minute ceremony that can be extended at an additional cost. The package allows you to get married at any location, except the Trouwkamer (Wedding Room) of Mosae Forum gemeentehuis (town hall).
The ceremony can take place on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, between 09.00 am and 05.00 pm.

Enhanced wedding 24/7
Our Enhanced wedding 24/7 package is the most comprehensive option. The ceremony lasts 45 minutes and can be extended at an additional cost. This package allows you to get married at any location.
If you opt for the Enhanced wedding 24/7 package, the ceremony can take place on any day, including public holidays.

The City of Maastricht is legally obliged to reserve two time slots per week for free weddings.

- Hiring municipality witness(es): € 49.- per witness
- Reserved time: if several marriages take place on the same day, they will be planned consecutively
- Type of ceremony: simple speech
- Wedding celebrant: you cannot choose your own wedding celebrant
- You can only get married at the Trouwkamer (Wedding Room) of Mosae Forum gemeentehuis (town hall). A one-off cancellation fee of € 190.- applies if you cancel your wedding.

- Additional time for ceremony: € 120.- per 30 minutes
- Day: Monday to Friday
- Time: between 09.00 am and 05.00 pm
- Type of venue: venue of choice
- Marriage certificate: included
- Hiring municipality witness(es): € 49.- per witness
- Type of ceremony: personalised speech including consultation beforehand
- Wedding celebrant: you can choose your own wedding celebrant. If you are a wedding officiant in a different municipality, a fee of 100 euros applies. You can also request to appoint someone as your wedding celebrant for 1 day. The processing costs are 404 euros per request. You cannot get a refund if your request is rejected.
- Venue: you can get married at any location, except the Trouwkamer (Wedding Room) of Mosae Forum gemeentehuis (town hall). A wedding ceremony in the Stadhuis (city hall) costs 212 euros. If you choose a different venue, please contact your venue of choice for more information.
- A one-off cancellation fee of 190 euros applies if you cancel your wedding.
