Waste collections calendar

You’ll receive a waste collections calendar in the post every year. It shows exactly when we collect each type of waste in your street. You can also view your waste collections calendar in the MilieuApp.

What changes for you from 1 January 2026?

  • Residual waste will be collected on Tuesdays in all districts
  • We will continue to collect packaging, metal packaging and drink cartons (pmd) on Wednesdays in districts where this already happened. We will also start collecting pmd in several other districts.
  • Textiles will be collected from home addresses 4 times a year in all districts.

Would you like to know the 2026 collection day for your street, or which waste goes in which bin or bag? Check the MilieuApp.

Your waste collections calendar in the MilieuApp

Your personal waste collections calendar shows exactly when to put each type of waste out for collection. Enter your postcode and house number to view it.

Download the MilieuApp to always have the most up-to-date information at hand. The app includes more than just collection dates: you’ll also find information about recycling centres (milieuparken), sorting stations (milieuperrons), reuse shops and a waste sorting guide. You’ll also find your online waste disposal pass (milieupas) in the app.

You can also switch on notifications so you get a reminder before collection day — and updates if collection times change, for example around public holidays or during severe weather.

Need help installing the app? Visit the Digicafé at Centre Céramique on Wednesdays between 10.00 and 12.00. You can drop in without an appointment.
