The MosaeForum municipal offices are open Monday to Friday during office hours. You can visit us without an appointment only when collecting your driving licence, Dutch passport or identity card. Do you want to arrange something else with the municipality? Then make an appointment first.

You can only come to us without an appointment for the collection of your driving licence, Dutch passport or identity card at the times listed below. Do you want to arrange something else? Making an appointment
Would you like to make an appointment? Please call 14 043 (press 1 for English). You cannot visit the gemeente (municipality) without an appointment.

Our buildings are accessible to wheelchairs. Assistance dogs are welcome. There are toilets and a disabled toilet. More on the accessibility of our buildings (only available in Dutch).

You are most welcome in our buildings. For a pleasant stay, we have a number of house rules. We ask for your cooperation in this.
For your and our safety, we make video and/or audio recordings. You give us permission for this the moment you enter.
- Please follow the instructions of municipality staff and security staff.
- Assistance dogs are welcome, other animals are not.
- Keep the doors and passages clear.
- You are not allowed to smoke inside the municipal offices.
- You are not allowed to use drugs and alcoholic drinks inside the municipal offices.
- Do not carry any assault, stabbing or firearms or other dangerous objects.
- When using your mobile phone, do so quietly.
- Please dispose of rubbish in the rubbish bins.
- Do you wish to take photographs, make video and/or sound recordings? Please ask permission first.
- Would you like to advertise, give out leaflets, collect donations or hold donation collections? Then ask permission first.
- You may not wear any face-covering clothing such as an motorcycle helmet, balaclava, burka or niqab.
- We do not accept provocative, threatening, insulting, discriminatory, intimidating or other annoying behaviour. This also applies to physical violence, vandalism and disorder.
We kindly ask you to cooperate with these rules. If not, we will ask you to leave the building or remove you from the building. If necessary, we will report you to the police.

Debit card is the preferred method of payment at the GemeenteLoket (municipal service desk). Cash and credit cards are not accepted.

We want to serve you as well as possible. That is why we have agreed on the following standards of service. So you know exactly what to expect from us.
If you call our general number
You will usually get a member of staff on the line within 20 seconds. We try to answer your question immediately. If not, we will call you back the next day at the latest.
If you visit our offices
Have you made an appointment? Then we will help you within 5 minutes.
If you send an e-mail
Do you send us an e-mail? Then you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. You will receive a reply as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 weeks. If we are unable to answer your question (immediately) then we will tell you which department will handle your e-mail and when you can expect a reply.
If you send a letter
We will answer a letter as soon as possible, but no later than 4 weeks. If a different handling period applies, for example for a notice of objection, we will let you know.

- arrange your affairs online (when possible)
- have the requested documents to hand.
